The structure was moved from Delaware River, Hancock's Bridge vicinity, to its current location.

Part of building/structure is in Hancocks Bridge vicinity, Salem County, NJ.
Significance: Around the turn of the century, during shad season, these buildings were lashed together on the Delaware River and lived in by the fishermen; they fished from small skiffs.
